Is my data safe?

Bot content is encrypted at rest, memory never crosses workspaces (each bot keeps its own, and you choose whether your bots share one team memory), and bots ask before actions that are hard to undo. The code is open source, so you can read exactly what runs.

Can I use my own model key?

Yes, on every plan and with no limit from us: an API key, a Claude or ChatGPT subscription, or a local model. Every plan also includes some AI usage on fast models, and any plan can buy one-time credit top-ups.

What if a payment fails?

We retry the card and email you. With a dedicated computer (Pro, Max) the workspace pauses the day before its server renews, and the computer's files are kept 14 days; without one it pauses after 7 days. Chats, bots and memory are never deleted for a failed payment. Pay again to restore everything.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, from Manage account in the app. The plan runs to the end of the paid period, then moves to Free.

不用。用 ChatGPT Plus/Pro 或 Claude Pro/Max 账号登录后，模型用量由该订阅支付。你也可以改用 Anthropic、OpenAI 或 xAI（Grok）的 API 密钥。无论哪种方式，费用都直接付给 Anthropic、OpenAI 或 xAI，模型账单从不经过 Krypton。查看全部支持的模型提供商

Krypton 能运行本地模型吗？

能。把 Bot 连接到你电脑上的 OpenAI 兼容服务器，例如 Ollama 或 LM Studio。不同的 Bot 可以使用不同的模型。
