Is my data safe?

Bot content is encrypted at rest, memory never crosses workspaces (each bot keeps its own, and you choose whether your bots share one team memory), and bots ask before actions that are hard to undo. The code is open source, so you can read exactly what runs.

Can I use my own model key?

Yes, on every plan and with no limit from us: an API key, a Claude or ChatGPT subscription, or a local model. Every plan also includes some AI usage on fast models, and any plan can buy one-time credit top-ups.

What if a payment fails?

We retry the card and email you. With a dedicated computer (Pro, Max) the workspace pauses the day before its server renews, and the computer's files are kept 14 days; without one it pauses after 7 days. Chats, bots and memory are never deleted for a failed payment. Pay again to restore everything.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, from Manage account in the app. The plan runs to the end of the paid period, then moves to Free.

Claude Pro/Max や ChatGPT Plus/Pro のサブスクリプションで使えますか？

ChatGPT や Claude をすでに契約している場合も、API キーは要りますか？

要りません。ChatGPT Plus/Pro か Claude Pro/Max でサインインすれば、モデルの利用分はそのサブスクリプションでまかなわれます。Anthropic、OpenAI、xAI（Grok）の API キーを使う方法もあります。どちらの場合も支払いは Anthropic、OpenAI、xAI のいずれかへ直接で、モデルの請求が Krypton を経由することはありません。対応しているモデルプロバイダーをすべて見る

Krypton でローカルモデルは使えますか？
