Krypton Bot community and support
Our Discord server is where the Krypton team and the people who build with Krypton Bot meet. It is the quickest way to get unstuck, and the place where ideas from users turn into upgrades. Krypton Bot is open source, so the community is where it grows.
Free and open to everyone, whether you run Krypton Cloud or host Krypton Bot yourself.
What you can do on Discord
- Ask for help with setup, bots, skills, models and integrations, from the team and other members.
- Report bugs with the steps that trigger them, so we can reproduce and fix them quickly.
- Request features and weigh in on ideas; the good ones become upgrades in Krypton Bot.
- Share the bots and skills you built, and see how others put theirs to work.
- Hear product news first: releases, new features and changes that are on the way.
When to expect an answer
The team reads the server and answers as soon as it can, and other members often reply sooner. Discord comes with no guaranteed response time; questions from Max plans are answered first (see plans). Never post passwords, API keys, access tokens or any other secret in a channel.
Krypton Cloud, billing and the apps
Email support@krypton.bot for anything about a Krypton Cloud account, billing, or the mobile and desktop apps, or whenever you would rather not ask in public. You will get an answer faster if you tell us the email you signed up with, what you were trying to do and the exact error text, if any. Do not include passwords, API keys, access tokens or any other secret.
Self-hosted Krypton Bot
The docs and self-hosting guide are the first stop. Bugs you can reproduce belong in the issue tracker of the Krypton Bot GitHub repository; questions and ideas are welcome on Discord too. Security vulnerabilities go privately to support@krypton.bot, never to a public issue or channel.
Deleting your account
Remove your account from inside the app or by email. Step-by-step instructions are on how to delete your Krypton account.
