Privacy Policy
Last updated October 11, 2026
This policy explains what Krypton.bot collects, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account data: email, username and display name; for wallet sign-in, your wallet address; for Google sign-in, your Google email and name.
- Security data: password hashes (never the password itself), two-factor secrets, and active sessions with IP address and browser.
- Trading data: your settings and limits, paper and live orders, positions, copy-trading follows and AI agent activity logs.
- Connected credentials: the Polymarket trading connection you authorize, encrypted with AES-256-GCM and never shown back to the browser.
- Payments: invoice amounts, transaction hashes and sending wallet addresses, which are public on the blockchain.
- Analytics (only with consent): page views through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. Sign-up and purchase events may be sent to Meta's Conversions API with your email hashed (SHA-256).
Why we use it
To run your account and bots, secure sign-in, process and verify payments, send service emails (verification, receipts, security alerts), prevent abuse, and understand how the product is used so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
Only service providers needed to run Krypton.Bot: Polymarket (to execute your trades), AI model providers (the prompts you send the agent), our email provider, blockchain RPC providers, Google reCAPTCHA on email sign-up, and analytics providers if you accept cookies. We do not sell your data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. Analytics cookies load only after you accept them in the banner, and you can decline.
Retention and your rights
We keep data while your account is active and as needed for security, accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data by contacting support. Blockchain records cannot be deleted.
Security
Passwords are hashed with scrypt, secrets and connected credentials are encrypted at rest, and sign-in is protected with rate limits and optional two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure; tell us right away if you suspect a problem.
