Agent Mail is an email service that helps manage and automate email communications with features for inbox management, thread tracking, and message handling.

Agent Mail gives your bots 4 tools. Paste your own Agent Mail API key once. It is stored encrypted and only your workspace uses it.

How calls are counted

Calls are shared by every catalog app in the workspace. Past the monthly number they keep working from AI credits at $0.90 per 1,000 calls; the count resets on the 1st (UTC) and a retried call counts once.

How do I connect Agent Mail to Krypton?

Open Integrations in Krypton, find Agent Mail and choose Connect, then paste your API key. Every bot in the workspace can then use it, and you choose which bots get which apps.
