Will Ukraine hold Kursk through October 31?
$2.1M Vol.Ends 31 Oct 2024

$2.1M Vol.Ends 31 Oct 2024
This market will resolve to "Yes" if Ukrainian forces maintain control of any part of the Kursk Oblast of Russia, through 11:59 PM ET on October 31, 2024. Otherwise this market will resolve to "No". If Ukrainian forces at any point no longer control any territory in the Kursk Oblast, this market will immediately resolve to "No". Control is defined as Ukrainian forces being present and actively holding territory in the Kursk Oblast. The primary resolution source for this market will be maps and reports published by the Institute for the Study of War (https://www.arcgis.com/apps/mapviewer/index.html?webmap=9f04944a2fe84edab9da31750c2b15eb), however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

A South Korean intelligence report indicates that North Korea has sent 1,500 soldiers to Ukraine, disguising them as Buryats and Yakuts. These soldiers reportedly arrived on Russian military ships and AN-124 planes. This elite special forces unit, notorious for its brutality, was raised in complete information isolation and indoctrinated with strict ideology. They are referred to as "combat slaves" due to their rigorous training and unwavering loyalty to destroying the enemies of their "beloved leader."
SlavaUkraini715d
the north koreans are gonna blitzkrieg across Kursk in the next six days bro
Firedigger717d
well you could start if at least Russia says Ukraine left Kursk, but they are not that naive either...

Objectivity died a long time ago... Play by the rules or get rekt.
SocialRecoil2719d
But who will actually report this with objectivity? The biased media?
Nasi_Goreng720d
Also while you're at it, maybe buy some NO shares here. Otherwise people will think you are just salty your Nazi orcs are not even the best army in their own shithole country.
Nasi_Goreng720d
Weapons don't produce themselves. What are the ruscist waiting for? They have a superiority in nearly every aspect, except maybe FPV drones along the full frontline. Why are they only advancing a few meters per day? It's because your Führer and his generals are using Nazi tactics because fascism is the only way their brain can operate on. Go on, open a market for the liberation of Crimea for 2027, I'll bet on it. Gleichschaltung vatniks are my favorite exit liquidity.
larryleisure720d
Create the market for these then. What are you waiting for? How long do you think it's gonna take your nazis to take Crimea? Your nazis and their NATO sponsors actually claimed they were gonna liberate Crimea in the offensive last summer. They announced they will get a tan in the beach in Crimea. So, now your excuse is that they need to do all those other things first?
Nasi_Goreng722d
First Kursk, Belgorod and maybe Bryansk must be liberated. After that Moscow must be denazified before Crimea can be safely liberated. Salty vatniks mind cannot comprehend the humiliation that is about to cum all over their faces.

larryleisure724d
Silly. The choice is obvious. UAF in Kursk are just stuck there waiting to die, “holding” strategically meaningless fields for PR purposes so that Zelensky can ask for more of your money. The Russians didn’t even need to redeploy resources. What a silly idea.
larryleisure724d
A few companies of soldiers in hiding and being hunted down is “holding”? Quite silly meaningless condition for a bet, especially if assessment of situation is based in western reports.

➖"Not in the sense that the person was not caught and put in uniform, but in the sense that the troops are supplied with a fighter who does not know how and does not want to carry out the task. Therefore, this is growing like a snowball. In the next three to four months, but maybe even earlier, there will be dire consequences. But if by then we agree on a ceasefire, then no one will see it. And I will say - and thank God, because if the front collapses, then we will have to put up with much worse conditions,” Arestovich states.

HaterzLoserz754d
cry about russophobia while your nation invades other countries and kills innocent people, bombs childrens hospitals and more. Then act like its irrational for people to hate your country. Broken cuckolded people who want the rest of the world to be broken too. Your country broke 30 years ago, and it will do so again soon. Cuck
VatnikPride754d
You enjoy parroting every silly russophobic narrative too. Like you have no mind of your own. You define grasp on reality based on single betting results? That's just silly.

continue to cuck yourself to your slave masters, imagine having your integrity and mind stolen from you by some fascist dictators and then defending them lmao. Everyone hates russia because you are a toxic and broken people. Cuckolded to the extreme and expect everyone else to bend over and become poor slaves like them, just so you can justify your own position as a poor cuckold in a slave state. Your overlords taxed your people in potatos for centuries because thats all they had, and then they made vodka from it and sold it back to the poor slaves to keep them unable to revolt. Thats why 30% of Russian adult males are alcoholics. Broken country. Broken people. Will soon collapse. And you will continue to cuck yourself to the slavemasters who have been fucking your family for generations. Keep bending over and taking that big fascist cock in your asshole cuck
VatnikPride754d
Did a hit a nerve there? You're 'cucking' even more than usual. Silly me believed that the 'free' world was against minority oppression. It seems, however, that if you disagree with the direction the majority is heading, you're expected to leave the country. Did I get that right? If the 'free' world thinks it's acceptable to target everything Russian, including its people, and that Russia will passively accept this, they're mistaken. Reality shows that Russia is taking action to counter it.
HaterzLoserz754d
And now you must resort back to "not every ukrainian", well yes, but the vast majroity, as I said lmao. This is how democracy works. Those who like russia are free to move to russia dumbass cuck. The idea that a small portion of Ukrainians like Russia means Russia has some kind of claim to their land is just going to lead to the downfall of Russia lmao, the free world wont have it. And yes, we are the free world you stupid fucking cuck, you have a dictator whose only allies are dictators. Ukraine fights for freedom from oppression, you are one of the oppressed and you glorify your subjugators, thats why you are a cuckold. Get down and bow to your masters, fucking slave mind cunt
VatnikPride754d
It seems like you struggled with understanding the numbers and instead made up some rule. Not every Ukrainian desires to be part of the 'free' world; some actually prefer Russia. It’s unfortunate that Ukraine started to exterminate everything Russian which led to a situation where Russia was compelled to intervene. Your grasp of the conflict appears superficial, as you seem to be repeating media narratives without offering deeper insights or addressing the double standards and omitted facts. It’s ironic that you label others as ‘cuck’ while not engaging with the complexity of the issue yourself. What a shame.
HaterzLoserz754d
Do you regularly just make up rules like "Ukraine cant take aid from its allies but Russia can"? lmao, amazingly the people of Ukraine have free will, and the vast vast majority want to join Europe and be free people, speak english and be done with the russian world of poverty and brainwashing fascist scumbags. Its not hard to understand. Not everything is the USA lmao, imagine a country not wanting to be a subject of Russia, oh lord. Hint: every former soviet state wants to be free of Russian influence, we will all work together to make sure your state collapses and we send you back to the early 90s where you are cannabilizing each others children. Enjoy it for me when the time comes :)
VatnikPride754d
Good job bro. Now please research the percentage of US equipment the Soviets used compared to their own production during WWII, and then do the same for Ukraine. Include all western countries, not just the US. Once you have those numbers, feel free to get back to me with an apology.

Sure, buddy. The U.S. backed Ukrainian coup, is now spending a shit-ton of money, and risking nuclear conflict all in the name of 'freedom' and the greater good. Just keep cheering and your 'free' team will win. No matter the cost.
HaterzLoserz755d
Hey cuck, Ukrainians are fighting for their freedom, not "US Interests", thats a lie you were fed by your cucklord and you bent over and accepted it
VatnikPride755d
It looks like you're confusing 'accepting negotiated terms' with 'simply submitting.'. Again. And what do you mean by 'free peoples of the world'? Does bending the knee or even dying for U.S. interests make you 'free'? Few weeks into the war, Ukraine was ready to sign a peace treaty. But the 'free' West didn't approve and messed it up, leading to the loss of hundreds of thousands of lives. And now you're cheering that it was the right choice? Do you lack compassion for Ukrainians too?
Kosmolojec755d
Uspenovka and Borki are freed today by Russian forces. What's more - look at the map, the cauldron is closing for Ukrainian forces. Sorry, "YES"-guys
HaterzLoserz755d
you said this 2 days ago "Trying somehow to win against Russia instead of accepting negotiated terms is unreasonable too." Absolute cucklord lmao, imagine not just submitting to invaders who come to take your freedoms. Just because you are a broken people who bends the knee to suck on putins cock doesnt mean free peoples of the world will, cuck

Your version of reality is just what your propaganda creates. You have no idea how much money each side invested. Btw, what was russia doing meddling in Ukraine? The coup was not a coup because it was legal and democratic. Those are easily verifiable facts. Why are you denying them? Because it breaks the narrative? When a president acts in the interests of Moscow instead of Ukraine, he's a puppet, just look at the current one, who actually acts in the interest of the people of Ukraine. Btw. the 328 to 0 vote means that an absolute minority (ca. one fourth) of the parliament did not vote because they boycotted a legal and constitutional vote. I bet they never talk about that "detail" in the propaganda you consume.
VatnikPride755d
Your version of reality is just what your propaganda creates. You have no idea how much money each side invested. Btw, what was the U.S. doing meddling on Russia's border? The coup was a coup because it was illegal and forceful. Those are easily verifiable facts. Why are you denying them? Because it breaks the narrative? When a president is pro-Russian, he's a puppet, but, I guess, the current one isn't an US-puppet at all. Right? Btw. the 328 to 0 vote was because the rest of the parliament fled for their lives or just boycotted an illegal vote. I bet they never talk about that "detail" in the propaganda you consume.
Donkov755d
Flash news. Ex commie hellhole is corrupt (yes, including your fav Ukraini)
Nasi_Goreng755d
That's what they tell you. In reality Moscow poured massively more money and soft power into Ukraine than the US and the EU combined. They were even able to install their puppets as presidents of Ukraine. Twice. What you label as a "Coup" was the people and parliament of Ukraine being fed up with all that meddling from the Kreml and voting the puppet out of the presidency. Unanimously. Fucking 328 to 0 votes. I bet they never talk about that "detail" in the propaganda you consume.
HaterzLoserz755d
They should try harder to exert control on Kursk
VatnikPride755d
Russia is exertings its control right now. The US supported a coup on the Russian border, and their military infrastructure is moving closer and closer to Russia. Russia is responding as it warned and is taking control.
HaterzLoserz755d
Easy, Russia has no control over what other sovereign nations do in terms of defensive alliances with other nations. Hope that isnt too hard to understand.
VatnikPride756d

Nasi_Goreng756d

Nasi_Goreng757d
HAHA YOU JUST DELETED ALL YOUR COMMENTS THERE 😂😂😂😂 1) Orcs progress stalled in Pokrovsk two weeks after UA started denazifiying Kursk, I'm sure just a coincidence. 2) Western nations started allowing long-range weapons, ofc only because the PR effect was so weak 3) You never said that, also no one cares about it. You are so fucking lucky cognitive dissonance can't physically harm you.
VatnikPride757d
Alright, let me break it down simply one last time. You think it's a 'good bargaining chip,' but I'm telling you Russia sees it the opposite way. Negotiation involves both sides, and if one side thinks it's a good deal but the other doesn't, then it's not a good deal. It’s like two people negotiating a price—you're saying the price is high, and I’m telling you the buyer won’t pay it. You can't even explain why this is a good bargaining chip, but somehow I'm the silly one living in a made-up reality.
HaterzLoserz757d
you just keep going in circles, im done with you ^ Russia not viewing it that way doesnt change reality. Russia can view things however they want, ill keep making money off retards like you who think something is reality just because Putin says so.
Kosmolojec757d
It has been already so expensive for Ukraine that the author of this Kursk offensive should be praised by russians
Kosmolojec757d
I was right in literally everything I said. 1)No reserves were taken from Pokrovsk direction (they were taken mainly from Leningradskaya oblast and Luhansk direction) 2) PR effect is now absolutely zeroed, as I said. Even ukrainian info field and readers now don't understand what was the goal of such huge personnel and technics losses in Kursk oblast. 3) Russian authorities firmly said that there will be no negotiations before returning Kursk region. Everything happened 100% as I predicted. Cope harder bro))
VatnikPride757d
Yes, the 'bargaining chip' idea makes sense only if you ignore points like: 1. Russia doesn't view it that way; 2. Russia won't abandon territories it considers its own; 3. It escalates the situation, making Russia more aggressive and less likely to negotiate. Once you recognize these arguments as possible, the 'bargaining chip' becomes more of a gamble. If you accept these points as true, the idea of the chip becomes nonsensical.
CalOne1757d
Their short term strategy was to conquer the area below the Seym River as well. I was very optimistic that this would happen within the next weeks but now after the counter attacks it seems very unlike as Russia might not need to build new pontoon bridges since they might establish acces through roads again. I hope that this hold move of entering Kursk won't become too "expensive" for Ukraine :(
HaterzLoserz757d
you started with this statement lmao "I don't get the 'negotiating tool.' Is the idea to provoke Russia further in hopes of making it more agreeable?", you understand that negotiations involve both sides making concessions right? and that the amount of concessions each side gives will be based on their bargaining chips. Kursk is a bargaining chip. Its not hard. You can drink the putin cuck juice and believe him when he says "Russia wont negotiate until we recapture Kursk" or whatever, but thats just more Putin alter reality nonsense. "Give up your best negotiating tool before we negotiate", typical russian mental illness. GL tho :)
VatnikPride757d
You're projecting your own fantasies and making a strawman argument. Ukraine had and still has the option to accept negotiated terms. That’s not the same as giving up or surrendering. Instead, they followed Boris Johnson's 'just keep fighting' approach, and things have only gotten worse. So, do you prefer war or negotiations? Be honest.
Nasi_Goreng757d
You were utterly wrong in the August market. Like, EVERYTHING you said back then did not happen... Why trust you now?
HaterzLoserz757d
@dodas let me repeat, keep drinking the fascist cuck juice. "oh my god, imagine actually trying to defend your territory and not just giving up. But i guess Ukraine trying to win is weird from where you are lmao, not like there are any examples from history of a smaller nation successfully defending from a larger one. Cucklord
VatnikPride757d
Yeap, if the guy you're fighting will punch you even harder. Trying somehow to win against Russia instead of accepting negotiated terms is unreasonable too. Just look at where Ukraine is now vs back in 2022 or 2015 and 2014. I guess 'Ukraine is winning' where you are.
DonaldEnjoyer757d
then again, if Russia pushes them hard, takes most of the position back, then Ukraine may just cut these losses and leave what would at that point be a dead strategy
DonaldEnjoyer757d
I never said they'd give it up you clown. I said that Russia won't negotiate while they have it unless Russia starts losing.
HaterzLoserz757d
@Dodas, lol getting punched in the face back after you punch someone in the face, how unreasonable and irrational of them. Keep drinking the fascist cuck juice
VatnikPride758d
Yeap, the idea of taking something from Russia and escalating as an attempt to make Russia less demanding seems mad to me. Result will be the opposite. It's a silly gamble at best, yet you call it a 'best negotiating tool'. Cultural differences I guess.
Kosmolojec758d
Fix your YES shares rn, guys. Thanks me later, you were warned :D
HaterzLoserz758d
@DonaldEnjoyer yes, "give up your best negotiating tool because we wont negotiate until you do", i expect this from a Trump simp tbf
DonaldEnjoyer758d
As it stands Russia says no negotiations will take place until Kursk is reclaimed. So unless Russia starts losing, they're not gonna do negotiate shit.
DonaldEnjoyer758d
Ukraine has to be winning for Russia to want to negotiate. Otherwise they'll just keep on trucking on and claim all their land.
HaterzLoserz759d
@dodas negotiations, like that thing you do to end a war in 90% of cases. Both sides make concessions, like maybe leaving the others territory could be one. Mad stuff like that. Check any history book for some examples.
VatnikPride759d
I don't get the 'negotiating tool.' Is the idea to provoke Russia further in hopes of making it more agreeable? Or do I need to be 'Ukraine is winning' believer to get it?
HaterzLoserz759d
no strategic value? lol, russians cant just flatten towns in their own country without major optics + PR disaster, giving defenders refuge from artillery and many other forms of weaponry, roads in Kursk are more well maintained than frontline regions in Ukraine, making supply easier, and its the best negotiating tool they have.
CalOne1759d
Have you ever considered that Ukraine will just leave Kursk? I mean there was a massive counter attack yesterday and the positions have no strategic value for them
