These terms govern your use of Krypton.bot ("Krypton.Bot", "we"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Krypton.Bot.

1. What Krypton.Bot is

Krypton.Bot is software that helps you trade on Polymarket: copy trading, perpetual futures, prediction markets, an AI agent and an MCP server. Krypton.Bot is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Polymarket. We are not a broker, exchange, custodian or investment adviser, and nothing on the site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
• You may not use trading features if you are in the United States, Canada, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, or anywhere such trading is restricted. You are responsible for following the laws and taxes that apply to you.

3. Your account and security

Keep your login, wallet and any connected credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Turn on two-factor authentication where available. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or to break these terms.

4. Non-custodial trading

Krypton.Bot never holds your funds. When you connect a Polymarket account, the connection can place and cancel trades but cannot withdraw. Orders are placed on your behalf only within the limits you set, and you can stop automated trading at any time with the kill switch.

5. Risk

Perpetual futures, crypto assets and prediction markets are highly volatile, and you can lose all of the funds you trade. Leverage magnifies losses. The AI agent and copy bots act automatically and can make losing trades, react late, or behave unexpectedly. A copied trader's past results do not predict future results, and copies can fill at different prices, sizes or times. Paper mode is a simulation. You accept these risks and are solely responsible for your trading decisions and results.

6. Plan, payment and credits

• Access is a one-time payment for a fixed period (shown at checkout, currently one year). It does not renew automatically.
• The plan includes a set number of AI credits. Credits pay for AI usage and are not refilled automatically; you can buy refills.
• Payments are made in USDC or USDT directly to Krypton.Bot's wallet and are confirmed on-chain. You are responsible for sending the exact amount, on the right network, to the right address. All payments are final and non-refundable; see the refund policy.
• Prices may change for future purchases; they never change for a period you already paid for.
• Live trades placed through Krypton.Bot carry a trading fee, shown on the order panel and the plans before you trade. Polymarket deducts it when an order fills and pays it to Krypton.Bot; it is never charged on deposits, withdrawals or paper trading. For perps you approve a maximum fee once in your wallet, and we never charge above it. Fee changes apply to new orders only.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attack, overload, reverse engineer or scrape the service, bypass limits or security, share accounts, or use Krypton.Bot for market manipulation, money laundering or anything unlawful.

8. Availability and changes

The service depends on third parties such as Polymarket, blockchains and AI providers, and may be interrupted. We provide Krypton.Bot "as is" and may change or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Krypton.Bot, its owners and operators accept no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of the service, including trading losses, losses caused by the AI agent, copy trading, bugs, outages, delays, third-party services or your connected accounts, lost profits, and indirect or consequential damages. Nothing Krypton.Bot, its AI agent, its content or its staff provides is advice of any kind; every trading decision is yours alone.

10. Ending your use

You may stop using Krypton.Bot at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms.
