All payments are final. Krypton.Bot does not offer refunds for access, AI credits or credit refills, for any reason, including unused time or credits, trading losses, or a change of mind.
Before you pay
Try everything in paper mode first. The dashboard, charts and simulated trading are available before you pay.
Send the exact amount shown on your invoice, on the network you picked, to the address shown. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed, and funds sent in the wrong amount, token or network are your responsibility.
Underpaid invoices
If you send less than the invoice, the payment is held until you top it up to the full amount. Partial payments are not returned.
