This market will resolve to "Yes" if social media personality and former professional kickboxer Andrew Tate is found guilty in any jurisdiction of any country of any charge related to sex/human trafficking between January 16 and December 31, 2024 ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The resolution source for this market will be a consensus of credible sources.

not going to share everything, just a few. EU is pursuing free speech at the moment(not that I consider this guy innocent, he's problably not, but that's another question). The minister of justice of romania talked about this case in the very next day. the way the prosecutors were filing for things, and getting their answer in just a few hours. like for custody, more hours into custody, then asking for 30 days more. The guys arrives home, and starts a livestream and in less then 10 minutes the police knocks on his door saying he can't do a livestream. lol.

That's not what the rules say. What the rules are saying is that ANY charge in ANY country and any trial, that are related to sex, will count for a yes. Plus, the judicial process is actually moving very fast in this case, to the surprise of all Romanians who never saw this happen so fast

the price should 2-3x at the very minimum. there's a new case, that is way more serious, they are going all in. multiple sex related allegations. the price should go from the bottom of 7-10 that it was, to at least 16-20, to 30 at the very minimum. problably a few people were short selling a bit as there was not much liquidity, but this is a great lock for 2024
