I didn't bet on this market, but seems like a total scam and injustice. There is the saying "suit and tie" and that indicates a tie is not required, for a suit. A tie is something additional. And there were multiple media outlets that correctly reported he was wearing a suit. The Yes holders got robbed and this really made Polymarket look bad and eroded user trust.
