This market will resolve to "Yes" if there is a second debate between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris by November 4, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No." The resolution source is a consensus of credible reporting.

CNN is the best place for debates and their rules strictly follow Trump's criteria. At this point, it's the CNN that's asking for a debate, not Kamala. They are quite loyal to Trump and I think CNN's feelings need to be handled with care.
