# Krypton Bot: Your self-learning AI agent company with its own cloud computers, memory and 80+ apps

Hire bots that work around the clock on their own cloud computers, know your business, get better with every task and operate the apps you already use.

Krypton Bot runs on [Krypton Cloud](https://krypton.bot/sign-up): start on the Free plan, no card. Its core is open source (Apache-2.0), and the community edition is free to self-host without the Cloud extras.

## One bot for every job

Pick a ready-made template, then tailor it to the way you work.

- **Sales Outbound:** Digs into prospects and writes follow-up drafts.
- **Inbox Manager:** Triages your email and prepares reply drafts.
- **Talent Scout:** Screens applicants and builds a shortlist.
- **Expense Manager:** Pairs each receipt with the payment it belongs to.
- **Coding Agent:** Edits code right on your own machine.
- **Account Manager:** Drafts customer replies and keeps renewals on track.
- **Paid Media:** Audits ad spend and flags what changed.
- **Chief of Staff:** Writes briefings and keeps your other bots in sync.

## Your models, your schedule, your rules

Pick the model for each bot, run routines on a timetable and choose what waits for your OK, on Krypton Cloud or on the open-source edition you host yourself.

- **Pick the model per bot:** Every bot can run on a model of its own.
- **Runs on a timetable:** Recurring jobs run around the clock on the bot's cloud computer, or while your own server is on.
- **Your rules, your sign-off:** Choose which actions wait until you approve them.

Compatible with: Claude, ChatGPT, Ollama, LM Studio.

## Built on an open-source core

Krypton's core is public on GitHub under Apache-2.0, so you can audit what your bots run. Krypton Cloud adds the hosting, cloud computers, memory and apps.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can Krypton use the Claude Pro/Max or ChatGPT Plus/Pro plan I already pay for?

Yes. Sign in with ChatGPT Plus/Pro, Claude Pro/Max, SuperGrok, X Premium or GitHub Copilot, and that subscription pays for the model. You can also paste an OpenAI, Anthropic or xAI (Grok) API key, or connect an OpenAI-compatible server on your own machine such as Ollama or LM Studio. Krypton never covers the model bill; that stays between you and ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Copilot or whichever service you use.

### Already paying for Claude or ChatGPT? Is an API key still required?

No. A Claude Pro/Max or ChatGPT Plus/Pro sign-in means that plan pays for the model. If you would rather use a key, Anthropic, OpenAI and xAI (Grok) keys all work. Either way you pay Anthropic, OpenAI or xAI directly; the model bill never goes through Krypton.

### Does Krypton work with local models?

It does. Connect a bot to an OpenAI-compatible server on your own machine, like Ollama or LM Studio, and give other bots different models if you like.
