# Krypton Bot community and support

## Discord community

Krypton Bot is open source, so the community is where it grows. [Join our Discord](https://discord.gg/x455QKke2M) to ask for help with setup, bots, skills, models and integrations, report bugs, request features, share the bots and skills you built, and hear product news first. Good ideas from the community become upgrades in Krypton Bot. It is free and open to everyone, on Krypton Cloud or self-hosted. The team answers as soon as it can and other members often reply sooner; there is no guaranteed response time, and questions from Max plans are answered first. Never post a secret in a channel.

## Hosted accounts and apps

Questions about a hosted Krypton account, billing or the Krypton mobile and desktop apps go to [support@krypton.bot](mailto:support@krypton.bot). To get an answer faster, tell us the email address you signed up with, what you were trying to do and the exact error text, if any. Do not include passwords, API keys, access tokens or any other secret.

## Self-hosted Krypton

Bugs you can reproduce and feature ideas belong in the [public GitHub issue tracker](https://github.com/krypton-bot/kryptonbot/issues). Security vulnerabilities go privately to [support@krypton.bot](mailto:support@krypton.bot), never to a public issue.

## Deleting an account
